Refund Policy
1. Personal licence - one-time purchase
EverKeeping Personal is a one-time purchase (€29). If the software does not function as described on this website or in the product documentation, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
To request a refund, email hello@everkeeping.com with your Paddle order number (from your receipt email) and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the request and, if it qualifies, process the refund through Paddle within 5 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Refunds are granted where the software fails to function as described - not for change-of-mind or incompatibility with hardware or operating system configurations outside our stated requirements.
2. PRO subscription
EverKeeping PRO is a subscription billed annually (€12/year). The following refund terms apply:
- First charge: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if the software does not function as described on this website or in the product documentation.
- Renewal charges: Renewals are non-refundable. You will receive a reminder before each renewal via the email address registered with Paddle. You may cancel at any time through your Paddle account dashboard - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your access continues until then.
To request a refund on the first charge, email hello@everkeeping.com with your Paddle order number within 14 days of purchase.
3. EU statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital product purchases under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
However, under Article 16(m) of that Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where delivery has already begun and you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of the content and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of EverKeeping and that you acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. By completing your purchase, you confirm this consent.
This does not affect the separate 14-day refund windows described in Sections 1 and 2 above, which are provided voluntarily by EverKeeping and go beyond the statutory minimum.
4. Technical issues - we fix them first
Before requesting a refund, please contact us at hello@everkeeping.com with a description of the problem. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we prefer to fix rather than refund.
If you report a qualifying technical issue within your 14-day refund window and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we will honour a full refund even if the resolution attempt takes longer than the window. Issues first reported after the refund window has closed are handled on a goodwill basis at our discretion.
5. How refunds are processed
All purchases are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment provider but are typically 5-10 business days after we initiate the refund. Paddle will send a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

6. Free tier
EverKeeping Free is available at no cost. No refunds are applicable to the Free tier as no payment is taken.
